Love using these baskets!!!

These baskets are aesthetically pleasing and so functional. I’ve got them in a few different places in my house. My favorite way to use them is in my pantry. I keep onions and potatoes on one side and citrus on the other.

I like the look of the baskets and the quality is great. They look great in my wall cubbies. The only negative is that they are made in China.

Lack of support and quality not so good after all

3 of the baskets I purchased arrived bent and one more broken at one corner. I immediately sent a notification to customer service (it's been more than a week) and nobody has replied or helped. Disappointed with both quality and customer service

So pretty but metal was wavy and bowed

I’ve used these before in the bigger size and loved them, but these 10x10 bins were both really wavy and not nice and straight. Kind of bummed because they are not inexpensive and I expected more quality control. They seemed like they were packed well so I don’t think it happened in shipping.

Disappointed by color

I was really excited when I found these because I had the hardest time finding storage bins (10”x10”) that would fit the bookcase in my daughter’s room. I bought them in gold to contrast with the white bookcase (her room is pink/blush, gold, and white). While I liked the size and quality of the bins, unfortunately, the gold was a very dark gold, almost bronze, and I felt they looked too dark for the room and didn’t work with the lighter gold. I was also disappointed by my return experience; I returned right away but only got about $30+ back when I had spent closer to $86 with shipping. Will be inquiring about this.
