Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
You will not necessarily receive all items in your order at the same time. Some items come from different locations and large orders won’t always fit in one box.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
In-stock items that ship via UPS Ground will generally arrive within 2-6 business days after the product ships from our warehouse, depending upon the shipment location.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS and USPS within the United States.
We ship via UPS or FedEx to Canada, duties and applicable taxes will be shown during the checkout process. Expedited shipping is not available to Canada.
Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time.
What is your return policy?
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are not washed or used and in original factory condition. To initiate a return click here.
Please note, you have 10 business days to return the items once you receive the preprinted shipping label.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less a restocking fee. A restocking fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage. The fee is 15% of the original retail cost of the products being returned.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If a product defect is discovered, please contact our customer support team at support@neatmethod.com within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase describing the issue and include a photo(s).
How and when will I be refunded?
Your return package will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Once processed, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your original payment method.

Within the Contiguous United States, we offer standard shipping starting at $9. Orders $250+ receive complimentary shipping. For detailed shipping rates see the chart below for the Contiguous United States.
Shipping rates vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please contact support@neatmethod.com for those shipping rates. Note, our Canadian rates include duties and taxes.
