I bought these drawer dividers for my new dresser because I want to encourage myself and my husband to keep our clothes tidy. I bought 6 sets, and of the 12 total dividers I received, 4 of them were not usable for my needs. The springs in the defective 4 were not engaged at the maximum length of the divider, so they would just fall over. I am very happy with the 8 that worked, so I’ll be sending 4 back and probably buying 6 more. I was disappointed that the return process did not allow for an exchange. I am also disappointed that my return (though just a week after I received the order) needs to be reviewed and I am waiting for the return to be accepted.

We are sorry to hear one of our products did not work for your needs. When our dividers are used without the spring engaged they will fall over. Searched for a long time to find “bookends” for my collection of fragile and valuable vinyl records. These, turned upright, take up almost no shelf space, keep my records perfectly upright, serve as dividers, and can easily be moved as my collection expands. Perfect!
