Organizing closet

Very difficult to work with when I made a mistake in shipping a very large order to my old address. Yes, I could return but then there is a 15% restocking fee. Instead, I spent $266 to have the shipment sent my new address. Yep, $266! I know that the cost would be way less if Neat had helped me ship with their discount and would have paid them for it. Not easy to work with unfortunately. Super disappointing.
